I love shake Shack, always have, always will. However, I didn't find my experience with this one to be the best because they are super cheap with the fries. Every time I ordered it was half a box or less. But, I love Shake Shack so I placed another order this evening and called the manager. Crystal was kind, courteous and extremely apologetic for my past orders. I simply asked that she made sure I got the fries that I was paying for. Not only did she ensure that the order was perfect, but even threw in a couple additional items and called when the order was on its way out to ensure that I felt cared for. I'm very appreciative of her kindness and her desire to go the extra mile. Thanks Crystal!
This restaurant located in Kings Plaza Mall was absolutely amazing.. I used them for a class celebration of around 30 orders and I cannot tell you how pleasant the team was to me as they carefully reviewed every order. Speaking with an employee Crystal was a wonderful experience, as I knew from the start she was knowledgeable and able to meet our needs. She as well as another manager Rachel, and a Mr. Long I believe it was that I spoke to made it all come together. And of course I cannot forget the wonderful kitchen staff who opened slightly earlier to prepare the food. A great job was done by all involved. We really appreciate it

The cashier was very attentive. My mom's blood sugar was down, and the cashier brought her juice to the table before our order was complete. The food was good, and there was no issue. Excellent service.
